Stewards: R6: T Sasagawa (IGNITER (JPN)) was fined AED 2000 under the provisions of ERA Rule 69B(c)(vii) for consecutive use of the whip. In assessing the penalty Stewards noted that today’s event was a Group 1 race worth US$2million and that he finished in fifth place.

Stewards: Jockey T Sasagawa (IGNITER (JPN)) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding near the 250 T Sasagawa had his license to ride in races suspended for four race-meetings, 08.04.2024, 09.04.2024, 10.04.2024 and 11.04.2024.

Stewards, R6: Jockey L Saez (HOPKINS (USA)) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under near the 1000 metres.

L Saez had his license to ride in races suspended for 3 race-meetings, 09.04.2024, 10.04.2024 and 11.04.2024 in his home authority.
