The Court of Appeal has granted the Appellant in Charalambous v National Bank of Greece [2023] ICR 1192 permission to appeal on whether a decision maker has to personally hear from an employee before taking the decision to dismiss. The 1976 case of Budgen to be considered.

Really excited about this year's annual lecture. A superb panel who'll bring some really interesting angles to the discussions about AI and employment law.
