Water Crisis: Learners at Rujeko Secondary School are reportedly going into neighboring houses to ask for water to drink as most locations in Masvingo town did not have running water today. Council says the crisis was caused by power outages that affected pumping of water.

Rains that hit Masvingo today left a trail of destruction at Wondedzo Primary and Secondary Schools where three blocks were damaged while their roofs were blown away. At the local clinic, the Mothers’ Shelter was also damaged. No injuries have been recorded yet. Pics to follow.
