This morning, I stood with Ghazala Hashmi to deliver over 37,000 signatures to Governor Glenn Youngkin urging him to sign the Right to Contraception Act.

Today, we hand-delivered a petition to the Governor with the signatures of over 37,000 Virginians supporting the Right to Contraception Act (SB237/HB609). It’s time for the Governor to sign this commonsense bill & protect access to all forms of contraception for Virginians.

Virginians shouldn’t have to choose between prescriptions and other necessities like rent and groceries. I voted for HB570 and SB274 to lower prescription drug costs this year, and I urge  Governor Glenn Youngkin to sign this crucial legislation.
