Yes. One of the difficulties of holding University of Oxford to account (and other organisations I suspect) is that you have wade through endless ‘wellbeing’ type guff which is simply being used as a smokescreen to hide bullying type behaviour.

The way senior managers have been abusing words --vacuous statements, stating support of values without putting them into action, claiming to 'consult' while acting in opposition to that consultation, misrepresenting dissent as radical etc--requires an urgent deep dive in itself.
