I’m pleased to announce another HHS grant today for the Atascosa Health Center in Pleasanton!

HHS.gov grant funding is crucial for rural health clinics.

That is why I am committed to protecting rural healthcare funding and expanding healthcare access across South Texas.

Tonight, funding runs out for the Affordable Connectivity Program.

This program has expanded internet access to 91,000 households in #TX28 and has saved my constituents $47,680,000.

Congress must come together and extend this vital program to ensure Texans can stay connected.

As the nation’s civilian cyber defense agency, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s work is critical to our national security.

Underfunding CISA would leave our nation’s infrastructure vulnerable to attacks from our adversaries.

Today, House Appropriations Democrats and I met with CBP Acting Commissioner Troy Miller to discuss CBP's efforts to ensure lawful trade and a secure border.

Since 2021, Congress has increased funding for CBP by $4.6 billion to invest in technology and the workforce.
