I hear you friend but I disagree. Some folks served 16 years—they deserve farewell tributes imo. Keep in mind we only run out of time by design. We waste countless wknds + days when we could be in session but bipartisan leadership slows calendar; both Rs/Ds kill bills that way.

I always thought non-chaotic use is fine. But given # of hs/college interns here + total inability of some of my colleagues to regulate their behavior—may mean it’s time.

Light hearted last day dancing, singing, pranks—love it.

But drunk/high folks loud & reeking—inexcusable.

The Senate is voting on Alcohol Beverage Liquor Advisory Group Recommendations while some in the House are drinking—liberally.

I’m told this is normal and to not complain.

I guess all Coloradans get to drink to excess then make decisions for the rest of the state. Cool. Cool.

States that banned assault weapons did not do so on 1st attempts. Legislators must keep doing the work even when—esp. when—it’s hardest. We can’t wait on federal govt, can’t rely on muni bans, can’t wait on gatekeeping Dems. Thank you to all survivors/advocates. On we press.♥️
