Catch your breath was joined by a nurse from Pulmonary Rehabilitation informing then of how a program of PR could benefit anybody with a chronic lung condition. The new members of the group found it very interesting and intend talking to their GP about getting on the course.

Fine team of volunteers, freshly trained and ready to lead our weekly bike rides Thursdays 9.45-11.15 easy paced, all levels includes a break along the way for drinks, snacks and chat. You'll be fitter and happier and its all free. Call Cat to join or find out more 07510 521759
