For those in our community who run with Asthma, make sure that you know what triggers your symptoms and how to manage them.

Asthma + Lung UK have some great resources to help you exercise safely.

However, always speak to your GP if you are unsure!

As UK Coaching Week draws to a close, give a shout out to the amazing Run Leaders and Coaches in your group who keep you motivated to run throughout the year.
