We have had an incredible two days for the Toque d'Or Heats 🔥

Well done to everyone who has made it this far in the competition. The judges have been blown away by the talent this year; it has been a fierce competition.

For our starters tonight we've got this pan-fried sea bass with celeriac purée, almond flakes and crispy shallots

Last week we held our sixth Regional Final in East Midlands at Nottingham College 🍽️

A huge well done to all participants and congratulations to our sixth Regional Finalist Ella! 🏆
