We developed harmonised research-ready datasets for asthma, COPD and ILD in SAILDatabank, CPRD, and DataLoch. We have reusable code for deriving:
- BMI
- Smoking status
- Ethnicity (from GP and hospital records)
- Spirometry values
- ILD classification
