Congratulations to our u13 cricket team who progressed into the third round of the Lancashire cricket cup tonight with a excellent win over a very strong Bowland side. A special thanks Great Harwood CC for hosting the fixture! Great effort boys 🏏👏

Please join us in congratulating George W (9) who, at the weekend, became the youngest ever person to have won the Lancashire County U18 Boys Championship! George played against 63 other golfers at Morecambe Golf Club and played 36 holes over the course of the day.

Yesterday our Year 7 Boys and girls’ football teams took part in the Rotary tournament at Preston’s UCLAN arena.
They were a credit to the school and played some great football. The Boys’ team narrowly lost out in the quarter finals AET after some great results in the league

Two pupils from SARCHS arrived to school this morning as National Football Champions.🏆🏆Sophia Burton and William Thomson both played at Stoke City FC’s Stadium for Lancashire Boys’ and Girls’ teams. William’s team beat Sussex 3-2, while Sophia’s team beat Gloucestershire 2-1.

Well done to our year 7 and 8 lads who represented school at a football festival held at ASFC sports hub. Played 4 won 2 lost 2 and gave 100% effort. Absolute credit to school. Well done lads⚽️

A huge well done to Holly and Hugo, in Mrs Grove's Year 7 RE class, for creating fantastic Home Learning on their impression of the titles of the Eucharist.
