Squats (and my worst: lunges aka the death drop) don't seem to get easier the older you get. I've been squatting everyday since the start of the year and my thighs f**ken hurt, man! When do they stop hurting? I don't remember it being like this 😒

What reality shows are you into? I don't watch a lot of reality so feel a bit out of touch.😶‍🌫️ I'm more of a travel show type person. What type of (reality) show are you yearning for? Doing some research, so keen to hear what's missing!

I will travel to hell & high waters to get to my current dentist. I've always hated the dentist, & finding a good one is hard! Especially here. Hence! 😬👀🙈 No but for real, it's been a struggle! But, I've found a gem, & she's worth the mileage & price!
