Today, we convened at Gertrude's Children’s Hospital to mark #WorldHealthDay , which was celebrated on 7th April under the theme: My health, my rights.

With a focus on transforming healthcare through technology, the event brought together key stakeholders from the health sector, including the Ministry of Health, Gertrude's Children's Hospital, Amref Health Africa in Kenya,Zuri Health,Flying Doctors' Society of Africa , The Maa Trust, Savannah Informatics & Vodafone Foundation, among other partners.

The Chief Guest, Dr. Patrick Amoth EBS, Director, General Health at the Ministry of Health, delivered keynote remarks on how we can achieve universal healthcare, adopt integrated health information systems, and promote local manufacturing of health products and technology.
