We're working with scientists from @rutgersu & BIOS | Arizona State University in @seasim_AIMS to develop hyperspectral imagery & multi-omics approaches as rapid, high-throughput phenotyping tools to identify #coral stress tolerance phenotypes for novel conservation & management strategies.

3 year postdoc position available at UTS C3 with Emma Camp and a fantastic team conducting research of #hypoxia effects on #corals

Our study on coral heat tolerance is out now in Global Change Biology! We looked at how heat tolerance varies among coral reefs and species across a large seascape. Marine heatwaves played a big role in heat tolerance potential.
