Today in House of Lords Lord Fowler raised concerns of many that the anti LGBTQ law in Uganda & in other countries is a barrier in enabling people getting tested & getting treatment for HIV.
If we are to end new transmissions of HIV there needs a reform of anti LGBTQ & HIV laws
