SMSA visited Cromarty Firth Men's Shed. They have some new kit inc. laser engraver & 3D printer & the Shed was buzzing with banter, brews & bacon butties. The Shed is stewards of the cabins & surrounding woodland - keeping it safe for their local community to enjoy!

SMSA delivered an #MOT4Men Workshop at Forth Bridges Men's Shed. Great discussions on the risks and symptoms of testicular, prostate, bowel and skin cancers and the benefits of healthy eating, moderate alcohol consumption and keeping active.
