πŸ‘€When buying the freshest , the eyes have it!

Bright & clear, 'life-like' eyes are a sign of freshness, while cloudy, sunken, dull or blotchy eyes can indicate that a fish is past its prime.

Still not sure? Give it a sniff - the fish should smell of the sea, not fish-y!

What does it mean to cook ?

For us, it's eating more of the species that are thriving, and saving some species as a special treat.

We all need to do our part to protect the seas that put food on our plates.
