Superb paragraph from Charles Moore in The Spectator this morning.

Auster is my favourite novelist. The three books Vertigo, Leviathan and the Music of Chance were the ones I returned to again and again when I was a younger man, and will do again now I am older. I quoted him at my wedding, and I am sad today.

Finished copies are in! Just over three weeks to go until publication of David Kynaston and Harry Ricketts’ new book, out from Bloomsbury Books UK on 23 May. And if I say the book is just as good as the title, that is VERY high praise!
