Historic tax cut legislation was passed by the #PASenate today.

Senate Bill 269 reduces the Personal Income Tax (PIT) from 3.07% to 2.80% & eliminates the Gross Receipts Tax on energy.

I’m very pleased that this bill advanced by a strong bipartisan, veto-proof margin.
