BREAKING: In a 6-3 decision SCOTUS allows Texas to begin enforcing SB4 that allows the arrest of illegal immigrants.

We still have to have hearings in the 5th circuit federal court of appeals.

But this is clearly a positive development.

Over 3 years ago, Texas launched #OperationLoneStar to respond to Pres. Biden’s open border policies.

Texas has apprehended over 503,000 illegal immigrants & arrested more than 40,400 criminals.

We will continue to protect our state—and our nation—in Pres. Biden’s absence.

President Biden’s #SOTU2024 was nothing short of a dog and pony show to convince the nation that America is safe and secure.

Texas has fought back.
