I used to be so disappointed when I would see an activist I revered not being interested in the activism they started. But after years of doing this, boy do I get it. There are two ways activism ends, through death or clocking out and leaving others to clock in.

Activism is exhausting, not only does it affect your mental health, but your body & life. I honestly dont blame anyone who clocks out of it. Coz to live a life of constant mental & physical danger is not a life. Worse when the people you fight for have no qualms about hurting you
