Today marks the start of Experience of Care Week!

To kick things off, we're focusing on the basketball sessions which helped to address a feedback gap among men under 25s and those from black and Asian backgrounds with NHS services.

Thanks to a new initiative by Solent NHS Estates and Facilities, food waste at our community hospitals has dropped by 20%.

The dramatic reduction – caused by switching from traditional white crockery to blue – has been described as “incredible” by the Trust’s catering boss.
