Hyd's AI students, practitioners, researchers and enthusiasts got together at the conference called AI Open Days on 30-31 Mar. And I couldn't have been more thrilled to talk about scicomm & what AI tools can already do for #scicomm , if only the objectives were aligned 'right'.

#Scicomm in languages more than Eng - a constant reminder that we all keep getting!

Our workshop aimed to encourage future #pharmacists to develop strategies for #AMR #awareness . Mr. Rahul, one of our attendees, shares his views on importance of making awareness efforts #inclusive & understandable for people with diverse #language skills & #literacy levels.

In this series of workshops, we have been able to work with pharmacy students pursuing their Bachelors, Masters and PhD. But tomorrow we will talk to students pursuing diploma; many of whom go on to work with pharmacy shops. Look forward to us discussing #AMR with them.

We've put together a small journal club for theoretical biology at IISER Pune. So far we've met only offline but we discuss stuff (papers/opportunities etc)on a WhatsApp group.

The last one year Superheroes against Superbugs has been a lot of learning. We have focused on interacting with close health stakeholders, medical doctors and now pharmacists in making on #AMR . We are seeing more local champions in furthering the discourse, and hope to work together with them.
