I have been fortunate to attend many Kagan trainings over my career BUT nothing compares to getting trained by Dr. Kagan himself. I am so grateful for getting to attend with these great teachers. I am super excited to bring some awesome “Emotional-Friendly” back to campus.

After working with our #TaiChi master, Master Mike, at the Kagan Publishing & Professional Development Full-time Trainers Retreat in Big Bear, I was inspired and did 30 minutes of Tai Chi after I woke up this morning at home!

Not only is it the case that happy people are more willing to help others, but as I generally point out, helping others is the best way to help yourself, the best way to promote your own happiness. It is you, yourself, who will receive the benefit.
