Yesterday was day 2 of the Celebration of Influential Indigenous Women St. Theresa Catholic Secondary School. Nya:wen Kowa to the Indigenous Student leaders who visioned this conference. Nya:wen Kowa to the brilliant Influential Indigenous Women who facilitated art & culture workshops at this symposium.

Students in grades 11 and 12 at St. Theresa Catholic Secondary School had the opportunity to compete in a mock trial at the Belleville Court House this week as part of their law course. A mock trail supports students in applying criminal trial procedures in an actual courtroom before a judge.

29 students from ALCDSB secondary schools participated in the Skills Ontario Manufacturing Day in Trenton today, where students from multiple school boards were introduced to a variety of career paths in the manufacturing sector.

A coding competition took place at St. Theresa Catholic Secondary School yesterday with approximately 100 students competing against teams from Oshawa, Toronto and Kingston, including Holy Cross. Students had 3 hours to complete five questions. Out of 27 teams, one took home $1,000 value in prizes.
