👇 Westminster must halt selling arms to Israel.
.Mhairi Black MP🏳️🌈: 'The UK's own arms policy states that if there is even a risk that war crimes may be taking place, then that is reason enough to halt the sale of arms.'
Today is a dark day for refugee rights. But the fight for compassion and #RoutesToSafety will never die.
So we rallied with MPs and Peers in Westminster to send a message to this Government: this cruel scheme is NOT in our name.

Huge thanks to Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London & Stuart McDonald MP for organising this important & timely discussion.
Too many people are dying or being left at risk in conflict zones like Sudan because of a refugee family reunion process that is not fit for purpose — change is urgently needed.

1/ Thanks all who joined RAMFEL’s roundtable in Parliament, marking 1yr since the Sudan war. We discussed the urgent need for the UK gov to relax visa bureaucracy & expand its definition of 'family member' for those in Sudan w/ UK based family. #KeepEyesOnSudan #SafeRoutes

I hope everyone under 30 will show their disgust at this blank refusal by both major parties to give our youth the joy of mobility in Europe. Craven surrender to a minority of ageing Europhobes.Sunak rejects offer of youth mobility scheme between EU and UK theguardian.com/politics/2024/…
A big thanks to Jamie Hepburn MSP and Stuart McDonald MP for hosting a funding workshop with us today. A really great turnout and we look forward to seeing some amazing applications.
Good luck to all good causes applying. 🍀
We are grateful to Alison Thewliss 🧡 for raising the MIR increase in Parliament.
It is extremely infuriating to see Ministers dismissing the plight of the families we represent and mentioning once again a nearly impossible 'exceptional circumstances' route.
We deserve better.
