MBs are playing a dangerous game. They’re saying column A isn’t competent in so many things. Yet they are putting those same counsellors on a register and promoting this register to the public as a list of competent therapists (no one will check the 1/ #therapistsconnect

If you are in Column A of the SCoPEd Framework your MB is telling you very clearly that they do not believe you to be competent in any of the below. They’re not hiding this. Indeed, they’re stating it very clearly - literally in writing! #therapistsconnect #therapisttwitter

It’s not just in the UK that therapy has turned into a sausage factory & hackers know no boundaries. If anyone wants you to keep computerised notes feed them the thinest 💩 they deserve. Handwritten. Locked away. Notes belong to the client. Write them as if you believe that.

In recent PCS Union meetings I've heard from colleagues at SLC and DWP who are struggling to survive on poverty pay. Job Centre advisors blurring the line between employee and claimant as they need UC to top up their wages. Staff needing to use foodbanks. It's a disgrace.
