What do we love? Good bus shelter news! The Inquiry into W Sydney public transport has released their report with a recommendation for state funding for 2000 more bus shelters!
We'll be following up with Minister for Transport Jo Haylen MP to see what their response will be.
SwelteringCities Agree that this needs to change. I noted recently that Jervis Bay beach areas had the same Climate Zone under the Building Code of Australia 2022 as Western Sydney.

Dr Kim Loo advocates for minimum thermal efficiency standards for rental homes.
It’s hard to believe, but we have no such standards right now.
Current NSW standards for rental homes to be “fit for habitation” don’t include any requirement for safe indoor temperatures.
