- Updated return window from 60 to 30 days.
- Inspect your merch ASAP in the event it needs to be returned or (refunded if damaged)

We will ask Universal Music Group again…PLEASE send a mass email to the fans that ordered signed CD. Provide clear direction on action steps needed to receive replacement.

🚨Universal Music Group is making fans go through hoops to provide documentation on reshipment for their “unsigned” CD. This was their error and their corporate team is very much aware…huge mess.
1.) Maybe not everyone saved the cellophane wrapper - then what Universal Music Group
2.) They are also asking
