Hammer a leg exercise➡️ do a SHREDmill Gear 2 or 3 set➡️ do a ground run➡️ improve your 40. Can it be that simple?

Just got done with a Power Point Presentation with Clemson University ... but not with any sports. With their 'Business Students' about my journey with XPE and SHREDmill. Man...they must have run out of professionals to ask. 🤣

Different movements require different change of directions if you are a defender in any sport. These are a few. We practice them all and a multitude of other ways depending on movement and speed in, body position, and foot placement.

Talked about this last night. There IS a 'scientific' way to sprint faster AND COD fastest. But when on the field or court, sometimes 'science' doesn't work and 'art' does. Art is up for interpretation. But can you be an 'artist' or 'scientist' when needed and know the how/why?

Incall this the 'WR special.' The best ways to attack angles when you know where you are going. Tomorrow, I will post a DB Special,' showing how a defender mirrors and COD out of a shuffle, cross over run, or the dreaded sprint. Yes. A sprint is 'dreaded' when a COD is needed.

We had the pleasure to be trusted by both these young men. Grateful they are getting the recognition I saw from their work ethic.

Did not train him for the Combine, but oh wow, how many Game Speed and Agility stories to learn from the past 4-5 Off Seasons with him.

Now I do take a 'tad' of credit for The Gilly Lock. Got the chance to watch him improve all these tests during Combine Prep and trained him his first 4-5 Off Seasons. We have reconnected the past 2 off seasons and now train his little Bro and Son! What a life. Thanks Steph!!!

I absolutely love this RAS. I was LUCKY enough to train Darrelle Revis only ONE off-season. I take 0 credit for anything he ever did. But the fact he was this athletic while young and such a technician while older is what makes a Hall Of Fame Player. IMO. I thank him for teaching me.

This is one drill in Level 6 of our $10/mos curriculum. There are 5 levels and 200 videos before this. We will host a Zoom tonight for all members discussing a new Power Point on Program Design. It will be recorded and dropped in Level 9.
