Stunned by the plenary with Dr. Candace Galla's hula as indigenous language practice that went with song & images of the 2019 protest in Hawaii. I was moved to tears as it reminded me of 🇭🇰. She has taught us the same in class before but standing ovation today well deserved! Wow!

Yesterday I co-presented my collaborative project with Dr. Nasrin Kowkabi at #AAAL2024 . So proud of this project focused on co-creating CLA-infused course content in the Canadian context.
