'We partner with big wealth management companies and we do get a lot (of new members) from our angels', shares #MartinAvison #AngelGroupSymposium

'Recruiting is hard work,' agrees #DanSchonfeld . 'We've had a steady growth curve and a lot of it comes from (doing the) leg work.' #AngelGroupSymposium

How do you attract new angels? 'Attracting new women angels is difficult,' admits YeeMun Thum. 'We run an angel investing workshop that really helps them along the journey.' #AngelGroupSymposium

Revenue models? There's quite a mix of approaches from the panel ranging from annual fees to freemium through to no fees at all #AngelGroupSymposium

'We created our own platform for angels, which we've white labelled for other angel groups,' says #MartinAvison . 'We've had interest in it from local councils and universities too'. #AngelGroupSymposium

'Before the pandemic we did everything in person but we adapted and moved to online events,' adds #HannahSmith . 'We spent a lot of time looking at deal platforms for our investors.' #AngelGroupSymposium

What tools are you using with your Angels? 'You have to use the platforms that the Angels are already using. They don't want another platform,' says YeeMun Thum #AngelGroupSymposium

What are the top things a new Government should be thinking about? 'They need to make sure they don't just scrap the previous Government's agenda... but it's going to be a difficult environment for them,' comments Chris #AngelGroupSymposium

'Two thirds of investment is still in London and the South East,' says Chris. 'London-based VCs aren't averse to going into the regions, but there's need to be a pipeline of opportunities' #AngelGroupSymposium
