Congratulations to Farrah Pierce of Warren-Alvarado-Oslo and our 10U United squad for winning the State Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest. Farrah knocked down 23 of 25 (!!!) FTs to win the 9-year old division!

Syd took significant strides this HS season.

🏀 Has become more consistent from 3 & is strong attacking closeouts

🏀 Defends 3-5 on D - Switchable while also able to show & play drop in P&R D

Awesome to see Lexi Mahlen named to the All-Conference 2nd team after a strong sophomore season! It helps having a good role model in Brynlea Mahlen who was named 1st and awarded MVP. The senior is also committed to play Minnesota Crookston WBB a member of the NSIC

The 2026 West Central United Girls roster consists of 8 returners who set the bar high last season and 2 new comers who look to add some versatility (Annie Peterson and Sophia Sinclair )

Lexi Mahlen had a monster 24 pt, 12 reb performance in a Fosston W over Kelliher/Northome. Fosston will play Kittson County Central tonight for the Class 1A Section 8 Championship.

Allie Haabala led Alexandria in scoring with 22 points (6 3’s) as Alexandria advances to the State Tournament with a convincing W over Fergus Falls.

Aubrey Morrison was on 🔥 scoring 36 pts (7 3’s) as Walker-Hackensack-Akeley defeated Nevis to win the Class 1A Section 5 sub-section championship. They will play Braham on Friday for the section title.
