It was an honour to attend a dinner with the Survivors Associations of HMAS Voyager II and HMAS Melbourne II and pay my respects to the 82 lives that were lost 60 years ago when the ships tragically collided.

His Majesty King Charles III accession to the throne was marked in a Proclamation Ceremony in Canberra today, following the recent passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The 21 gun salute was conducted by Australia’s Federation Guard, the ADF's tri-service ceremonial unit.
