Hugely important to keep #olderpeople connected. Many may be feeling worried and anxious about #coronavirus For older people who are feeling isolated or vulnerable Senior Line is a confidential Listening service. The number is 1800804591

It’s the fear of the unknown that makes older people especially those living alone, feel very nervous. Seniorline is there from 10-10 everyday passing on vital information to older people and most importantly helping them feel less alone - share the number Freephone 1800 80 45 91

Now that children are home from school for the next 2 weeks, encourage them to talk to their grandparents by phone- they may not be able to visit but perhaps the younger ones could play a game of ‘I Spy’ or g/parents could tell a bedtime story over the phone- just stay in touch👍
