JUST ANNOUNCED - CA Supreme Court scheduled oral arguments for Prop 22 on May 21st. Its overturn would restore drivers' full labor rights to a wage floor, workers’ comp, unemployment insurance, and the right to unionize!

Baemin, Delivery Hero's Korean subsidiary, ranks 1st place in workplace injuries. Not just this year, last 2 years as well. The numbers marked well over than manufacturing and construction industry.

Drivers are human beings with families, and they deserve dignified minimum wages like all other workers. Today’s vote showed Uber, Lyft, and the Mayor that the Minneapolis City Council will not allow the East African community, or any community, to be exploited for cheap labor.
