It's been fixed for about a year now. Through the good leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Ghana, Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo’s vision almost all lecture halls use ACs now including this same lecture hall.
University of Ghana lecture halls are modernised now.

At the University of Ghana, Prof. Bhaskar has been working closely with University of Ghana's Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), Inst. of Statistical, Social & Economic Research on the 'Green Jobs' project. His visit was therefore to further discussions on this and many other projects of mutual benefit.
Earlier today, Prof. Bhaskar Vira Bhaskar Vira, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education, University of Cambridge, Cambridge University paid a visit to my office. Prof. Bhaskar's visit was in relation to the 'Green Jobs' project which is part of Cambridge University's Mastercard Foundation programme.
H.E. Nana Akufo-Addo has arrived at the Great Hall for the commencement of the Kwame Gyekye Memorial Lecture.

The management of University of Ghana led by VC, Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, Pro VC, Prof. Gordon Awandare, and Registrar, among others, commissioned the newly installed Electronic Access Control at the traditional halls and UGCS.
This is in line with UG's efforts to ensure safety on its campus.
H.E. Teferi F. Gossaye paid a visit to the Vice-Chancellor of University of Ghana, Nana Aba Appiah Amfo.
Amongst the welcoming team was Gordon Awandare, Pro VC (ASA) and some officers of UG.
The meeting held conversations on exploring possible connections between UG and AFLEX (@Afleexacademy).
