Andy Wheatley Keerti Grumpy Agency Guy richard huntington - Upriser I firmly believe in reading weird shit (Richard's evergreen advice).

I just don't think structures in most agencies allow that laudable aim to happen. It needs protection from management, not just prose.

And yes, many, MANY people overthink it. :)
