So...my little obsession with the lesser panda may have started in Vienna, but it didn't end there! 😂 That's when I learned that RED PANDAS are on the list of endangered species, mostly due to loss of habitat.

#kidlit community - I recently saw a ~11 y/o child in my clinic who, because of family chaos & instability, said she had 'no' happy memories. Not that a book will fix any/every thing, but is there a book you would recommend she read (to give her a sense of hope for her future)?

Did you know the oldest zoo in the world is in VIENNA?! It's a gorgeous zoo, and exists as part of the immaculate Schönbrunn Palace palace gardens. Definitely worth the trip!

It was my first time seeing a red panda IRL (which they called the 'lesser panda') and black-headed sheep!
