Insightful article. The Annex, not being the first legal or policy instrument in the world, provides an opportunity for African countries to harmonise and coordinate their approach to fintech promotion and regulation to facilitate digital trade.

I love the discussion raised by Puja and Lawack in this Article on how African countries can Africanize the Fintech Annex on the AfCFTA Protocol on Digital Trade.
