With funding running out quickly, Congress must take action & save the ACP.

Tonight President Biden talked about making sure that everyone has affordable reliable high speed internet. But to get there, Congress MUST protect #ACP , by passing Yvette D. Clarke Senator Peter Welch Senator Vance Press Office Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick 🇺🇸's ACP Extension Act. With less than 60 days, the time is now.

Without the Affordable Connectivity Program, millions of Americans like my guest to the #StateoftheUnion , Mr. Milton Perez, would be denied the low-cost, reliable broadband they’ve come to depend on.

It’s up to Congress to protect these benefits for Americans & their families.

If the ACP ends, all enrollees will experience some combination of bill shock, disconnections, financial sacrifice, and/or household debt. Any successor program will have to start from zero and rebuild in the shadow of Congress’ broken commitments. buff.ly/3Tmvfr9
