one NYT Pulitzer winner (Hannah Dreier) just accepted her award after giving her 6-week-old infant a kiss; another (@katieengelhart) said she was assigned her winning story while 8 months pregnant. always blown away by the working moms in this building but especially today!

The Motherhood Wage Penalty has vanished for women who have first children at 30+, per new study.
Soā¦ (largely college-educated) older moms generally face no penalty.
But not true for less-educated, younger moms.
