If I were an academic publisher, I would fine-tune a model liek Claude 3 for peer review purposes.

A manuscript comes in, I get it reviewed by my custom chatbot and get an initial sense of what to do with it.

If the manuscript has merit, I will ask an expert to review it.

Just check out that definition of value & opportunity costs šŸ˜ Michael E. Porter's often-cited VBHC formula is wrong in most non-US (& US) settings. Muir Gray's concepts aren't a bad runner-up. However, the cited health economics 'Blue Book' is the most relevant for AUS. ā™„ļø it.
