Number 3) Bibendum Restaurant by Claude Bosi - every dish blew my mind. A fun atmosphere with all sorts of Michelin men dotting around from salt and pepper mills to its stained glass windows! And who can forget this caviar/stergeon dish? Well deserved ⭐️⭐️

Ezio Santin: «Quando ero chiuso, andavo a mangiare da Gualtiero Marchesi Foundation. I maligni dicevano che era per trarre ispirazione. Abbiamo sempre fatto cucine molto diverse. Ma per mettere a tacere le voci, smisi di andare. Poi con Gualtiero ci trovavamo lo stesso e facevamo grasse risate»
