Yesterday, we said goodbye to St James’ House which has been our temporary school for 2.5yrs.

Wow what a first week back

In English we’ve been writing our own firework poems, which were amazing.

In topic we’ve done all about Remembrance Day. We created poppies out of different materials and learned all about the treaty of Versailles.

We looked at a firework display and even painted our own and then made some with tissue paper!

This week in RE we have started our new Neighbours topic - how are we all neighbours? What do we all share? St Mary's

We had fun getting creative today in D&T and built our own moving vehicles. Can you remember the names of the 3 main parts class 4? A…. Wh….. ch….. St Mary's

Class 4 had a lovely Mission day on Tuesday. They enjoyed creating hearts, using their weaving retrieval skills, for the church community and created a piece of art in the style of Joseph Wright. Finished off with a lovely child led liturgy. St Mary's

In our topic lesson this week we studied an aerial photograph of our local area to identify key landmarks and then created our own sketch map with the key features on our key. Great attention to detail class 4 St Mary's Which are human/ physical features?
