The foster carers I've met have all been inspiring.

Nearly 3/4 of children and young people in care in England are fostered and we're making the largest ever investment to recruit and retain more.

From today until 31st August, working parents of 9-23 month olds can apply for the next phase of this Govt's childcare rollout - 15 hrs a week from 1st Sept.

We've also changed the '31 day rule' so that people on parental leave can apply from today, too.
