National Beer Day might sound like a made-up occasion, and in some ways, it is. But it’s also the day that the 1933 Cullen–Harrison Act came into force, leading to the Eighteenth Amendment being repealed. And there’s only one way to celebrate - pints.

Two changes for April 1st - we now serve Southern Tayto as well as Northern, and we’ve added Beans to our Irish Fry. And as for our Perfect Pints? Well, they’ll never change.

Because the Easter Bunny’s been very generous to us this year, we’re giving away mini Creme Eggs today, and they happen to pair very well with our Irish Coffee. As for how we eat ours? Well, we’ve been known to dip them in cream, bite, sip, repeat.

Admittedly, Creme Eggs are a somewhat divisive treat - comparable to Marmite, you either love them or you don’t. Still, they’ve been an Easter tradition since the 1960s, with around 200 million sold each year, between January - April alone.

The Easter Bunny is on its way - alive and well. This weekend we’re giving away Creme Eggs, between Friday - Sunday. And only one question remains - how do you eat yours?
