Børsen - the iconic Old Stock Exchange - is on fire💔

Completed in 1625 by King Christian IV Børsen is one of 🇩🇰's most iconic Renaissance buildings. It caught fire this morning & firefighters are still working to control it. Still unknown how much of the building still stands.

Four Irish councillors travelled to Utrecht and Copenhagen to observe the active travel schemes in Denmark and the Netherlands. Among other topics, they discussed the importance of having infrastructure specifically designed for cyclists.
