Using the dminder, which uses your local conditions and Fitzpatrick Skin Type to estimate vitamin D generation. Optimal levels are 40-80 ng/mL, which you can get from a few hours of sun exposure per week.

Updated my devices to watchOS 10 and iOS 17 betas. Nice new feature recorded by the watch to health app: “Time in Daylight”.

Supports use of Apple Watch as first “phone” for children.

dminder should start using this to derive estimates of Vitamin D synthesis.

Są i głosy zachęcające do stosowania filtrów.
I tak nas z tym zostawią. Jedni naukowcy/lekarze za, inni przeciw.

Musimy sami zdecydować.

Ja na 5-10 minut na 🌞wychodzę bez filtra. Poza godzinami 11-14:30. Staram się nie poparzyć.
Karnację mam ciemniejszą.

Promieniowanie UVB, wiek, płeć, wsk. BMI, poziom cholesterolu i suplementacja wit D mają wpływ na jej poziom.

Ja bym dodał poziom magnezu, ale chyba go nie badali, tym razem.
